11th International MEB Robot Competition 10-12 May 2017 / Konya

The International MEB Robot Contest is organized by our ministry in order to increase the quality of technical and vocational education, to create awareness about this field in the community , to introduce new industrial and technological developments with exhibitions for sharing experiences and also to educate university and high school students as entrepreneurial and competitive individuals who can develop products, think scientifically , transform their knowledge into skills  in our country.

This year , the robot contest which is being organized in every year since 2007 will be held in Konya city.

 The contest that will be organized in Konya Metropolitan Municipality Sport and Congress Center at the dates between 10-12 May 2017 has 12 (twelve) categories which are Thematic, Line follower, Line follower Drag races,  Sumo, Mini Sumo , Robotino (mobile robotics) , Mini Drone , Humanoid Robots, Industrial Robot Arms, Design&Build , Egg Collecting and free projects.

Theme of contest that is organized by partnership of TUBITAK has been decided as “Mevlana” and the slogan has been determined as “AHICAN is in the city of tolerance-Konya”. Applications will be made electronically by using the form page will be published via http://robot.meb.gov.tr/organization/bilboard on the dates between 10 January – 21 April 2016.
